Governance & AGMs

Board Policy Manual

Matters relating to the governance of YAA’s board of directors are guided by YAA’s board policy manual. The governance committee is responsible for drafting new policies and for reviewing proposed edits; policy changes are then discussed, debated and approved at board meetings. Every board member has an updated copy of the policy manual in his/her binder to ensure that policies are checked and referenced at every board meeting.
