    • Labeled and dated: name, title of creation, ingredients or highlights
  • No commercial mixes or fillings allowed.

  • General Appearance: 20 points
  • Texture: 20 points
  • Flavour & Aroma: 30 points
  • Yukon Grown Ingredients tiered scale:
    • 10 points (minimum 1 Yukon-grown ingredient)
    • 20 points (50% Yukon-grown)
    • 30 points (75% Yukon-grown)

Categories:

A1. Cakes

  • Minimum Size: 5″ round, single-layer
  • Criteria:
    • Even rise and colour
    • Light, tender, springy texture
    • Smooth, not-too-thick icing

A2. Muffins

  • Minimum Quantity: 4 muffins
  • Criteria:
    • Symmetrical with round tops
    • Medium-fine grain, moist
    • No burnt or off-flavours

A3. Candies

  • Minimum Quantity: 12 pieces
  • Criteria:
    • Uniform, bite-sized
    • Smooth (not grainy) texture
    • No burnt or off-flavours
