E2. Comb Honey
- 6″ x 6″ x 2″ piece
- Cleanly cut, well-filled, uniform comb cells
- Free of leaks and discoloration
E3. Solid Honey (Creamed or Crystallized)
- 1 pint jar
- Smooth, even consistency
- No separation or air pockets
Eggs Categories:
Submit ½ dozen eggs per entry in a standard container.
E5. Chicken (White)
- Uniform shell colour and size
- Clean, unwashed, intact shells
E6. Chicken (Mixed Colour)
- Visibly mixed shell colours (e.g., brown, green, blue)
- Clean, unwashed, intact shells, uniform size
E7. Duck Eggs
- Consistent shape and colour
- Clean, unwashed, intact shells
E8. Turkey Eggs
- Consistent shape and colour
- Clean, unwashed, intact shells
E9. Other Breeds
- Includes quail, goose, or other heritage birds
- Clearly labeled breed/type
- Clean, uniform, unwashed, intact shells
