Honey Categories:

E1. Extracted Honey

  • 1 pint jar
  • Clear, golden colour
  • Free from wax, foam, or sediment

E2. Comb Honey

  • 6″ x 6″ x 2″ piece
  • Cleanly cut, well-filled, uniform comb cells
  • Free of leaks and discoloration

E3. Solid Honey (Creamed or Crystallized)

  • 1 pint jar
  • Smooth, even consistency
  • No separation or air pockets

Eggs Categories:
Submit ½ dozen eggs per entry in a standard container.

E5. Chicken (White)

  • Uniform shell colour and size
  • Clean, unwashed, intact shells

E6. Chicken (Mixed Colour)

  • Visibly mixed shell colours (e.g., brown, green, blue)
  • Clean, unwashed, intact shells, uniform size

E7. Duck Eggs

  • Consistent shape and colour
  • Clean, unwashed, intact shells

E8. Turkey Eggs

  • Consistent shape and colour
  • Clean, unwashed, intact shells

E9. Other Breeds

  • Includes quail, goose, or other heritage birds
  • Clearly labeled breed/type
  • Clean, uniform, unwashed, intact shells
