Emergency Management 

The Yukon Agricultural Association recognizes the growing need for emergency preparedness in the agricultural sector — particularly for livestock producers. Wildfires, extreme weather events, and supply chain disruptions all pose serious risks to animal welfare, farm operations, and food security.

YAA has been working on a Livestock Emergency plan that ensures farmers and livestock are being supported through crisis.
