External Committees

Yukon Chamber of Commerce

YAA’s executive director is an ex-officio member of the YCC. Involvement in the YCC is an important opportunity for YAA to support and contribute to advocacy related to Yukon’s business community. YAA has representatives on the following YCC two committees: 

• Low Carbon Yukon Stakeholder’s Committee
• Food and Beverage Committee

Tourism Industry Association of the Yukon 

YAA’s executive director is an ex-officio on TIA Yukon’s Agri-Culinary Committee. Meetings occur throughout the year and are related to the Yukon agri-culinary strategic plan, culinary festival events, and Meet Your Maker, an annual event co-hosted by TIA and YAA.
